Frequently Asked Questions

When Will You Have More New Pieces Available?

I will have more new work available the last week of October 2024! Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter - it’s currently the only place where I’m announcing my work for sale.

It Seems Like your Shop Is Often Sold Out - Why Is That?

My production is limited these days as I’m in transition! I am currently building a new studio, and hope to build a new kiln in the next couple of years.

I choose to operate on the “Shop Update” model to streamline workflows. This means new work is not consistently available.

What Is A Shop Update?

A Shop Update means that I add new work to the shop on a specific date and time. I announce that time in advance to the folks in my newsletter.

Do Pieces Sell Quickly in Your Shop Updates?

Yes, recently pottery has been selling very quickly!

I recommend joining the newsletter, and creating an account where you can save your shipping + payment info to make the checkout process faster.

A piece isn’t officially yours until you complete your purchase. In other words, my software doesn’t save your piece for you while it sits in your cart.

As a work-around, feel free to purchase what you most want first, and make multiple purchases! I will combine your orders + refund the extra shipping charges.

Can I Pre-Order Your Wood-Fired Pottery?

I’m not doing custom work or special orders at this time.

Can I Do Local Pick-up For My Order?

Yes! Check the box for local pickup under the shipping option at check-out. Pick-up is available 6 days a week at Mills Hardware, 185 Main Street in Bethel, Vermont.

Can I visit your studio?

So sorry, but I’ve moved, and I’m not open for visitors at this time.

Do you teach pottery classes?

No, but I can highly recommend other studios in my area of Vermont. Check out Third Branch Pottery in Randolph, The Mud Studio in Waterbury, Blockhouse Studio in Waitsfield, and Craft Studies in White River Junction.

Can I carry your work in my shop or gallery?

As production is limited and demand is high, I am not selling wholesale at this time.
